How ferkas.market keeps every payment safe: PCI-compliant processors, encryption in transit, tokenised card storage, 3-D Secure, buyer protection, and fraud monitoring.

1. About us

FERKAS GLOBAL LTD (UK Private Limited Company, company no. 17202767) operates the ferkas.market marketplace (also styled "FERKA$").

2. Accepted payment methods

ferkas.market accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and where available regional wallets and bank transfers. All charges are processed in the currency shown at checkout.

You never pay a seller directly. Every payment is captured by FERKAS GLOBAL LTD or its regulated payment partners and only released to the seller after the buyer-protection window has passed.

3. PCI DSS compliance

Card payments are handled by PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processors β€” the highest level of certification available in the card industry. FERKAS GLOBAL LTD does not store raw card numbers, CVV codes, or full magnetic-stripe data on its own servers.

Only a tokenised reference to your card (issued by the payment processor) is retained so that you can reuse a saved card without re-entering the details.

4. Encryption in transit

The entire ferkas.market website and checkout are served over HTTPS using TLS 1.2 or higher. Payment details are encrypted between your browser and the payment processor and are never transmitted in clear text.

5. 3-D Secure & Strong Customer Authentication

6. Buyer Protection on every eligible order

Every purchase on ferkas.market is covered by our Buyer Protection Policy. If your item does not arrive, arrives significantly not as described, is damaged, is the wrong item, or is counterfeit, you can open a claim within the protection window and we will investigate and refund where eligible.

Funds are held by FERKAS GLOBAL LTD in escrow and released to the seller only after the buyer-protection period has passed without dispute.

7. Fraud monitoring

Every order is scored in real time using device fingerprinting, velocity checks, address verification, and card-issuer risk signals. Suspicious orders may be delayed, held for manual review, or cancelled and refunded.

Sellers who attempt to take payment off-platform, and buyers who attempt fraudulent chargebacks, are permanently removed from the marketplace and may be reported to law enforcement.

8. Chargebacks & unauthorised transactions

If you see a charge from FERKAS or ferkas.market that you do not recognise, contact us first at support@ferkasglobal.store β€” most cases are resolved within one business day.

If the charge is genuinely unauthorised, you retain your full statutory right to dispute the transaction with your card issuer.

9. Your responsibilities

Keep your account password unique and confidential, enable two-factor authentication where offered, and never share verification codes with anyone β€” FERKAS staff will never ask for your password or a one-time code.

Only pay through the ferkas.market checkout. Any request to pay by bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or off-platform link is a scam and is not covered by Buyer Protection.

10. Reporting a security concern

Report suspected fraud, phishing emails impersonating FERKAS, or security vulnerabilities to support@ferkasglobal.store. We aim to acknowledge security reports within one business day.
