Cancellation Policy

When and how you can cancel an order before it ships.
Before dispatch
You may cancel any order at no cost while it is still in "Processing" status. Use the Cancel button on the order page or contact the Seller through the messaging tool.
After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. Refuse delivery or follow the Return & Refund Policy.
Seller-initiated cancellations
A Seller may cancel an order for out-of-stock, pricing errors, undeliverable addresses, or suspected fraud. The Buyer will be refunded in full and notified by email.
Excessive Seller cancellations (over 2.5% of orders in a rolling 60-day window) will damage account health and may lead to suspension.
