Intellectual Property & Counterfeit Policy

Counterfeit, pirated, or otherwise infringing products are strictly prohibited. Sellers found to be trading in such goods are permanently removed and pending funds are withheld pending investigation.

Rights owners (or their authorised agents) can report infringing listings by emailing support@ferkasglobal.store with: (a) proof of ownership of the IP, (b) URLs of the listings, (c) a description of the infringement, (d) a signed good-faith statement, and (e) contact details.

We investigate reports promptly and act in accordance with applicable notice-and-takedown frameworks (including the UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act where relevant, and DMCA for US-facing content).

Sellers accumulating multiple valid infringement notices will be permanently terminated and their held funds forfeited to cover restitution, legal costs, and platform losses.

Sellers whose listings are removed may submit a counter-notice with evidence of authorisation or non-infringement. FERKAS GLOBAL LTD is the final arbiter of what remains on the marketplace.
