Marketplace Rules

Listings must accurately describe the item, its condition, origin, and any material limitations. Reviews must reflect genuine experience.

No manipulation of ratings, search rankings, or promotions. No fake reviews, incentivised reviews, or review swaps. No off-platform payments to circumvent Buyer Protection or fees.

Harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory conduct against Buyers, Sellers, or staff will result in immediate termination.

Violations may result in warnings, listing removal, account suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts, chargebacks to the Seller, or referral to law enforcement.
