Platform Rights

FERKA$ may remove, suppress, edit, re-categorise, or refuse to publish any listing at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably considers the listing breaches any policy, is unsafe, is inaccurate, infringes third-party rights, or is otherwise harmful to Buyers or the marketplace.

FERKA$ may restrict, suspend, or terminate any Buyer or Seller account, temporarily or permanently, where it reasonably considers there has been a breach of these policies, a risk of fraud or harm, a legal or regulatory requirement, or a pattern of behaviour inconsistent with a healthy marketplace.

FERKA$ may hold, delay, reverse, offset, or recover any funds under the Seller Payout Protection Policy and the Marketplace Protection Rules, including to satisfy refunds, chargebacks, fines, taxes, or losses.

FERKA$ may investigate any account, listing, order, message, or transaction, including by reviewing account data, order history, communications on the platform, device signals, IP history, and payment information, and by requesting additional documents from users.

FERKA$ may disclose user data, transaction records, and communications to law-enforcement, tax, customs, regulatory, and payment-scheme authorities where legally required or where necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or illegal activity.

FERKA$ may modify, update, or replace any policy or feature of the marketplace at any time. Material changes will be notified in advance where practicable (typically 15–30 days) unless changes are required urgently by law or to address a security, fraud, or safety risk, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The failure of FERKA$ to enforce any right or provision at any given time does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

All rights not expressly granted to Buyers or Sellers under these policies are reserved by FERKAS GLOBAL LTD.
